IGNOU Admit Card is the most important document to appear in the IGNOU TEE December 2019. The Indira Gandhi National Open University has released the online notification for the IGNOU TEE application form. IGNOU is a popular university that offers Distance and Open Education to many students across the world. Around 4 million students have registered under IGNOU for distance learning until now. It conducts the Term-End Examination for various courses twice a year. It will be held in the month of June and December every year. IGNOU Admit Card Exam Day Instructions

  • First of all, candidates should bring their IGNOU TEE Admit Card along with the identity card issued by the regional center/university. Otherwise, candidates will not be allowed to appear in the IGNOU TEE.
  • In the case of misplacement of the identity card, they must contact the regional center/university to avail of a new one.
  • It is mandatory for the candidates to leave their calculators, mobiles or any electronic instruments outside of the exam hall. Otherwise, they can’t appear in the IGNOU TEE.
  • It is better for the candidates to reach the exam hall 20 minutes prior to the beginning of the exam.
  • Candidates found to be breaking any discipline will be disqualified from the examination.

IGNOU Admit Card for Practical Examination

IGNOU will issue separate admit card for TEE Practical Exams to the students of PGDLAN/MLIS/BLIS/MCA/BCA. These students should contact the respective Regional Centers in the last week of December 2019 for their practical examinations. The theory exam centers for BLISc. Or Library Science is not yet organized for the conduct of the practical exams. Students should contact the center superintendent or check the university notice board for the practical exam center.

IGNOU Date Sheet December 2019

IGNOU has published the date sheet for the December 2019 Term End Examinations on 8th November 2019. It contains the dates for all the exams held on different dates. As per IGNOU date sheet 2019, the TEE will be held from 2nd December to 30th December 2019. It will be conducted in the morning and evening sessions. The TEE practical exams will be held separately. Exam Form IGNOU – IGNOU Exam Registration

IGNOU Admissions 2020 | Application Procedure, Placements, Scholarships

IGNOU 2020: Indira Gandhi National Open University, IGNOU, was established in 1985 by an Act of Parliament. It presents high-quality learning through the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode. At present, the public university has 67 regional centers, 21 schools, 29 international partner institutions, around 2,665 learner support centers and more than 3 million students.

It gives around 228 certificate, degree, diploma and doctoral programmes in several fields of education. IGNOU was promoted to the South Asian region’s STRIDE (Staff Training and Research Institute of Distance Education) in 1993. To get admission in IGNOU, candidates have to register online on the IGNOU admission gateway by IGNOU Exam Form.

  • Admission to the major of the programmes at IGNOU is given based on the candidate’s merit rank and score in the qualifying degree.
  • Besides, the university also administers an entrance test for specific courses. Those perceiving admission in management programs need to clear the OPENMAT exam, an entrance test conducted twice a year.
  • For getting admission to the Bachelor of Education Programme, the candidate have to go through a national level entrance exam.

The University functions through a network of 56 Regional Centres(RC), 11 Recognized Regional Centres (RRC) (i.e., 6, IGNOU-Army RRC, 4, IGNOU-Navy RRC 1, IGNOU-Assam Rifles RRC) and nearly 2000 Learner Support Centres across the nation. What is a Credit System?

Answer:
The University obeys the ‘Credit System’ for all the programs. Each credit in our system is equivalent to 30 hours of study including all learning exercises (i.e. reading and comprehending the print material, listening to the audio, watching the video, attending counseling sessions, teleconference and writing assignment responses).

Thus, a 4-credit course comprises about 120 hours of study. This helps the learner to know the academic effort he/she has to put in, to successfully complete a course. Completion of an academic program (Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate) requires successful completion of the assignments, practicals, projects and the term-end examination of each course in a program.

IGNOU B.Ed 2020: Indira Gandhi National Open University has released a notification for the IGNOU B.Ed Entrance exam. This is a national level exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). This entrance exam conducted every year in 2 sessions to take admission in a 2-year B.Ed program. This program offered at various Program Study Center (PSC) of IGNOU across the country. IGNOU offers Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) program to all candidates who wish to make a career in the teaching field. All eligible candidates can take admission in IGNOU Bed Program by completing an entrance exam conducted by NTA. IGNOU Bed Program includes both Theory and Practical to improve teaching skills and student’s attitudes.

The IGNOU was founded by an Act of Parliament in 1985. It started by offering 2 academic programs in 1987, which is a Diploma in Management and Diploma in Distance Education. It began with a headcount of 4,528 students to offer education through Open and Distance Learning across the country. NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) recognized the NTA IGNOU B.Ed Program. B.Ed Program duration is 2 years. But, it can also be completed in a maximum duration of 5 years. IGNOU B.Ed Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed by IGNOU for B.Ed admission. Refer to the below eligibility criteria to apply for IGNOU B.Ed admission:
