GEEE - Registration, Eligibility Criteria, Exam Pattern

GEEE or Galgotia Engineering Entrance Exam is a University level entrance exam conducted by Galgotia University for admissions to its engineering courses. The exam is tentatively to be held on 10th June. The application forms are available in the month of December (tentatively).

GEEE Registration

The application forms are available online as well as offline in the month of December (tentative). The form needs to be filled correctly as no correction window will be provided.

The documents should be uploaded only in the prescribed format.

The application fee can be paid online through credit card, debit card or net banking.

The candidates can also get the application forms from the admission office of Galgotia University. The application fee can be paid in cash or through demand draft.

The application fee is non-refundable.

After fee payment, a UID is generated which is required throughout the admission process.

GEEE Eligibility Criteria

The GEEE eligibility criteria is as follows:

  1. The candidate should have passed 12th from a recognized board with an aggregate of 50% marks.
  2. The candidate appearing for the exam should be an Indian citizen.
  3. The candidates should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Maths as the core subject.

GEEE Admit Card

The admit card for GEEE is available online on the official website.

The candidates can login with their email Id and password to download the admit card.

The candidates have to carry a valid Id proof along with the admit card. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without the admit card.

The candidates need to keep the admit cards safe for future purposes.

GEEE Results

The GEEE results released on the official website in the month of June (tentatively). The candidates are selected on the basis of merit list which is published alongwith the results. The candidate gets admission only if he/she qualifies the cut off range. The cut off depends on the candidate’s performance in the examination.

GEEE Counselling

  1. The counselling begins after the result is declared.
  2. The candidates are given a preference form where they have to fill the course of their choice.
  3. The form is available online.
  4. An official counselling letter will be sent to the selected candidates via email.
  5. The candidates need to carry their original documents for verification.
  6. The courses allotted to the candidates cannot be changed later on.

GEEE – Examination Rules

The following rules need to be followed by the candidates appearing for GEEE exam:

  1. The admit has to be downloaded from the official website. No admit cards will be sent to the candidates by post.
  2. No mobile phones, calculators, cameras, eatables or written material are allowed inside the examination hall.
  3. The candidates can leave the exam hall only after the completion of the entire exam time.
  4. Violation of any of the rules will lead to disqualification.
