RTE UP Admission 2019 Admission Process

The RTE UP Admission 2019 forms will be available on the website http://rte25.upsdc.gov.in/. Follow the steps for the admission procedure:

  1. Go to the website http://rte25.upsdc.gov.in/
  2. Click on “Online Application”. Select your District, Town/Block, Student Name, Mobile Number, Date of Birth & Gender.
  3. The “Student Registration Slip” will be generated.
  4. Click on the “Complete the Form” Button, in order to proceed
  5. Fill the Registration form with the complete details
  6. Choose the preferred school from the drop down list
  7. Upload the required documents
  8. Click on the Submit button, after checking the details in the form preview
  9. Take a printout of the filled form for future reference

The following documents are needed for the admission process

  1. Address Proof – Voter Card, Aadhaar Card or Passport act as Address Proof
  2. Age Proof – Birth Certificate, Verified Document from Panchayat or Other Relevant Document
  3. Self-Attested Document
  4. Recent Passport Size image of the Student

The documents should be scanned and size of the scanned document must not exceed 100KB.

RTE UP Admission 2019 Result

The results can be checked on the official website http://rte25.upsdc.gov.in/. The admission process will be based on a lottery system. The candidates will be granted admission according to the order of the state authority. The candidates will each be assigned a unique number and an unbiased lottery system will decide the admissions.

NEET Seat Allotment 2019 Round 1 Result Announced | Check NEET MBBS Opening And Closing Rank

NEET Seat Allotment 2019: Medical Council Committee to declare NEET 2019 Seat allotment result on 2nd July 2019, round 1 counseling. Round 1 seat allotment is the basis for admission into MBBS and BDS seat under 15% AIQ Seats. NEET 2019 Seat Allotment will be declared in two rounds. Round 1 seat allotment result has been released on July 2nd, 2019, and round 2 seat allotment result has been released on 15th July 2019. Mop-up round NEET Seat Allotment for Central/Deemed University/ESIC is scheduled to be declared on August 18, 2019. NEET 2019 seat allotment contains the details of like allotted medical/dental colleges based on All India Rank (AIR), allotted quota, candidates’ category, allotted category and choice preferences of medical/dental colleges. NEET Seat Allotment is based on students AIR and choices for the MBBS or BDS programs and colleges.

NEET Seat Allotment result indicated the alloted colleges, Students who participated in counseling. After the releasing of seat allotment, students must download the required document and report to medical/dental colleges for admission within the dates closed. Students who have qualified NEET were able to participate in NEET Counselling and furtherly for seat allotment.

NEET Seat allotment is done on the basis of admissions to 4600 MBBS seats in 225 government medical colleges under 15% of All India Quota Seats. Under NEET Counselling, the Seat Allotment is also released for the seats under MBBS and BDS seats under Deemed & Central Universities, ESIC and AFMC Pune.

Candidates must not report to or join the assigned college as Counseling Round 1 has a free exit option. However, if they want to keep their assigned seats in Round 1, they can enroll in college and waive the gradation willingness for Round 2.

AMUEEE Counselling 2019: AMUEEE is a University level entrance exam which is held every year by the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). The counselling will be held in three rounds. There are 4 phases in each:

AMUEEE Counselling 2019 – Registration

The registration is to be done online through the official AMU website. Follow these easy steps to register yourself:

  2. Log in using your registered ID and password/
  3. After successful login, click on “registration form 2019”.
  4. Fill in the required details. Take care to check the form once or twice before submitting to avoid any errors or discrepancies. Click submit after you have filled the form.

AMUEEE Counselling 2019 – Choice Filling and Seat Allocation

While registering, you will be able to enter your preferred order of course and branch. During seat allotment, you will get your first preference if seats are available, second preference if not, and so on. Hence, it is important to not add courses you are not interested in on the list, though it may feel safer to have more options listed.

The decision of the board will be the final decision on seat allotment. This is the final step before document verification.

AMUEEE Counselling 2019 – Document Verification

Document verification will take place in the allotted counselling venue. You need to bring the original document along with two photocopies of it. At the time of document submission, you need to mention your roll number, application number and transaction ID. The following is the list of documents to bring

  • AMUEEE 2019 Admit Card in original and one attested copy.
  • Call letter in original and one attested copy.
  • GATE 2019 scorecard (in case if the candidate is applying for M.Tech courses in the Faculty of Engineering & Technology).
  • High School mark sheet or certificate or any other legal document for the proof of date of birth.
  • Character Certificate from the Head of last attended institution.
  • Demand Draft in favour of Aligarh Muslim University with the stipulated amount.
  • 10+2 Mark sheet
  • Migration certificate of the last attended institution.
  • Two Passport size photographs (recent)
  • Certificate for the admission of the candidate under the reserved categories (if applicable).
  • Name removal certificate for candidates registered at AMU.
  • No Objection Certificate from the employer to pursue the studies for the full period of time (if applicable).
  • Medical fitness certificate as per AMU guidelines.

AMUEEE Counselling 2019 – Admission and Fee Payment

Admission confirmation will be based on the rank scored by the candidates in the AMUEEE 2019 exam along with the clearance in all verification process involved for counselling. Candidates must submit the counselling fee at the counselling venue to confirm the seat. The amount submitted for counselling session and admission shall be a non-refundable amount.

AMUEEE Counselling 2019 – Instructions

  1. The university does not provide any reservation for backward categories or to differently abled candidates.
  2. Once the admission process is over, the university will positively return the candidate’s original mark sheet within three months.
  3. If any omission or error is found during the verification process or processing of application form or certificates or related documents of a candidate then the university has the right to cancel such admission at any stage at which the error or omission is detected.
  4. After the completion of the first round of the AMUEEE 2019 counselling process, the second round shall be commenced depending upon the availability of the seats in the university.

JoSAA Registration 2019: Joint Seat Allocation Authority abbreviated as JoSAA is an authority which takes the responsibility for organizing the counseling mainly for qualified students of JEE Main and JEE Advanced. The authority is set up by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. Through this centralized counseling, qualifiers are allotted seat in any of the 23 IITs, 23 IIITS, 31 NITs, and 23 other GFTIs. In order to take part in the counseling, candidates have to register and fill their preferred choices of college and course.

JoSAA 2019 Registration will commence from the second week of June 2019 tentatively. Moreover, before the final allotment of seats, mock seat allotment will be organized in 2 rounds. JoSAA Eligibility 2019

There is no specific JoSAA 2019 eligibility prescribed for candidates, in fact, students have to satisfy the eligibility criteria of the participating institutes. For instance, getting admitted into IIITs, NFTIs or other GFTIs requires that candidates fulfill the eligibility criteria of JEE Main while getting admitted into IITs require that applicants fulfill the eligibility criteria of JEE Advanced.

JoSAA 2019 Registration and Choice Filling

Candidates who will qualify JEE Main/JEE Advanced and whose names will be there in the JoSAA 2019 rank list will be able to register for JoSAA 2019 followed by the choice filling in the second week of June 2019. The steps are mentioned below in detail:

Step 1 – Online Registration

Candidates who want to register for JEE Main have to login into their account using their JEE Main roll number and password while candidates who want to register for JEE Advanced have to log in using their JEE Advanced roll number and password. Once the student will be logged in, he or she will be able to observe a number of basic details. Candidates have to check all these details and make sure that they are correct.

Note: Candidates can only modify the contact details.

Step 2 – Filling of Choices

In this step, aspirants have the facility to select the choice of B.Tech discipline and college as per their preference and interest. However, candidates will be able to select the choices from the list made available according to their qualification. Once an individual will select the choices he or she has to arrange them in priority order using the “Arrange Filled Choices” option.

Step 3 – Locking of Filled Choices

It is very important for aspirants to lock the choices after they have been filled. If candidates do not lock their filled choices then the conducting authority will automatically lock the choices previously selected by an individual.

NOTE – No changes can be made once the choices will be locked.

Step 4 – Take a Printout of Selected Choices

Once the choices will be locked, students must take a printout of the selected choices for future use.

JoSAA Mock Seat Allotment 2019

The authority will first conduct the JoSAA 2019 mock seat allotment with the help of which students will gain an idea about their chances of getting admission in the desired college based on the choices filled and the rank obtained. By this idea, candidates will be able to make changes in the choices filled after the result will be announced for this mock seat allotment of JoSAA 2019.

JoSAA Counselling 2019

  • There are various steps that are included in the JoSAA 2019 Counselling like registration, filling of choices, mock allotment, seat allotment, etc.
  • All the qualified candidates who are eligible for the counseling have to do JoSAA 2019 Registration first.
  • After registration, they have to fill the preferred choices of course and college.
  • Once the registration and choice filling will be done by an individual, the mock allotment will be conducted in two rounds and based on its result, applicants can edit their choices.

JoSAA 2019 Eligibility Criteria for Seat Allotment Process

There are as such no eligibility criteria for participating in the Seat Allotment Procedure. However, the candidates have to satisfy the eligibility conditions of the institutes that are participating. Like, to get admission in NITs, IIITs, and other Government Funded Institutions, the candidates have to satisfy the JEE Main 2019 Eligibility. Similarly, for admission in IIT, the candidate must satisfy the eligibility criteria of JEE Advanced 2019.

How to Register for JoSAA Seat Allotment and Choice Filling 2019?

The JoSAA 2019 Seat Allotment will take place in the second week of June 2019. The mode of the Seat Allotment Registration is online. Candidates have to visit the official website so as to register themselves and select their choices of Institutions and colleges. Hence, the step by step procedure of JoSAA Seat Allotment 2019 is as follows-

Step I – Registration and Choice Filling

To start with the registration, you need to log-in the account using the JEE Main Password and Roll Number. Candidates who have registered for JEE Advanced, have to use their JEE Advanced Registration details to log-in.

Soon after Log-In, you can see the details like gender, nationality, state code of eligibility, contact details etc. Check the details and reconfirm. You cannot modify any personal details other than the Contact Information.

Step-II Filling the Choices

Once the registration is done successfully, you will have to fill in the choices of the branches and colleges as per your preferences. According to your educational qualifications, the colleges will be listed for selection. You can also arrange your choices by selecting the “Arrange Filled Choices” option.

Step-III Locking Choices

Once you are done with the choice filling, recheck your preferences and click on the lock choices. Candidates must note that, once the choices are locked, you cannot modify it again. After locking the choices, take the printout of the selected choices for the future reference.

JoSAA Rank List 2019

The JoSAA will release the rank list in various ways. However, the rank list will be available online on its official website. Here, you can check the types of the merit list that JoSAA will publish. The Rank List will denote the list of the selected candidates for the counseling. Thus, you can check the JoSAA Rank List types-

Common Rank List

The Common Rank List will contain the overall rank of the candidates. Candidates belonging to all the categories will be listed here. Hence, the candidates belonging to General, General-PWD, OBC-NCL, OBC-NCL-PWD, SC, SC-PWD, ST, and ST-PWD will be listed on the Common Rank List of JoSAA 2019.

Common Rank- PWD

The Common Rank PWD List will contain the category rank of General-PWD,OBC-NCL-PWD, SC-PWD, and ST-PWD.

OBC-NCL Rank List

This list will contain the qualified candidates who belong to the OBC-NCL and OBC-NCL PWD Category. Similarly, a separate merit list for MBS-NCL-PWD will be available.

SC Category List

This Rank List will contain the qualified candidates of SC, and SC-PWD Category.

ST Category List

The ST Category List will contain the list qualified candidates who belong to ST and ST PWD. Similarly, a separate merit list will be available for the candidates who belong to the ST-PWD Category.

JoSAA Mock Allotment Round 2019

Before, conducting a JoSAA 2019 Seat Allotment, the conducting authority will conduct a Mock Seat Allotment Round. This is just a trial round, which will help the candidates to know their chances in the desired colleges and courses on the basis of their rank and preference. Soon after the result declaration, the candidates will be able modify their selected choices and of the colleges and courses accordingly.

Counselling Round of JoSAA 2019

The JoSAA 2019 Counselling Round will take place online. In this round, you can perform different actions such as Registration, Choice Filling, and Locking. This activity has to be done before the due date. Once the completion of the Registration Round, the Mock Allotment Test will be done in two rounds. On the basis of the Mock Allotment Result, the candidates can modify their preferences. However, the counseling rounds for JoSAA 2019 Seat Allotment will take place in 7 rounds. Only qualified candidates will be eligible for the JoSAA Counselling 2019.

Hence, candidates who have been allotted seats, will have to download their Allotment Letter and pay the seat acceptance fees. After that, they have to report the reporting centers for the document verification. Once, the Document Verification is completed, they have to report the allotted institute and confirm their seat.

JoSAA Seat Allotment Rounds

The JoSAA 2019 Seat Allotment Round will take place in seven rounds with two mock allotment rounds. On the basis of their JEE Main and Advanced Scores of 2019, and preferences candidates will be allotted Institutes. Thus, to check your qualification status result, the candidates have to login using the credentials.

To Download the Provisional Seat Allotment Letter, the applicants have to pay a seat acceptance fees of Rs 35, 000/-. Once, the payment is successful, the candidates have to visit the reporting centers for Document Verification. However, the JoSAA provides certain options for the candidates to select or reject the choices of seats. Therefore, the candidates can perform the following activities-

  • Floating – You can select this option, if you want to accept the offered seat but still want to an upgrade in the admission in a better college or course.
  • Freezing – This option can be chosen if you have accepted the allotted seats and do not wish to participate in further rounds.
  • Sliding- This option states that, the candidate has accepted the allotted seat but still wants to go for an upgrade to get a better course in the same institute.

Hence, the candidates have to report the allotted college and confirm their admission by paying the remaining academic fees.

Participating Institutes for JoSAA Seat Allotment 2019

A total of 97 Institutes are participating in the JoSAA 2019 Seat Allotment. While filling the choices, the candidates have to select from the list of the following institutes to get admission. The Institutes comprise of 23 IITs, 31 NITs, 23 IIITs, and 20 GFTIs.

JoSAA Reporting Centers 2019

Once the seat is allotted to the candidates, the candidates have to visit the reporting centers for document verification and confirm their admission. The list of the reporting centers will be available online on the official website. Therefore, we have mentioned a few things that you have to keep in mind while reporting the JoSAA Reporting Centers.

  • Candidates must be present physically present at the reporting centres for document verification.
  • You need to carry your Provisional Seat Allotment Letter along with the other documents for the document verification round. You need to carry both original and photocopy.
  • The reporting centres for IITs, IIITs, NITs, and GFTIs will be different. Like for an example, if you are allotted in an IIT Institute, then you will have to visit the reporting center for IIT.
  • Once the Document Verification is completed, the candidate will have to report the allotted institute to complete the further admission formalities.
  • If there is any change in the seat allotment of the candidate, then you have to present at the changed institute.
  • If you fail to be present, then your candidature will be canceled.

  • An Undertaking Letter by the candidate as per the given format

MU OET Counseling 2019: Manipal entrance test (MET) which was previously known as MU OET, is a national level entrance exam conducted by Manipal academy for higher education. The MET is conducted for selected students for admissions into engineering and other various courses by MAHE. To secure their admission into Manipal University, candidates are required to qualify MET 2019.

Once the entrance exams are over, MET results will be declared as a rank card after which Manipal MU OET counseling process will be begun. MU OET Counseling Procedure 2019

Below are the steps required for the Manipal counseling 2019

Registration: Candidates that are qualified in the entrance exam are eligible for participating in Manipal counseling 2019. In order to participate in the counseling, candidates must register themselves through the MAHE official website. Here, candidates should provide all the details for MET counseling registration. The MU OET counseling is valid for 5 rounds.

Note: For candidates who are not able to bring the original eligibility document, they can produce the internet version of mark card duly attested by the College principal. MU OET counseling 2019 Round 1 (In-Person)

The procedure for MET 2019 begins with the registration process. Candidates need to register the physical at the counter for the counseling venue. During registration, candidates need to fill the required information along with the preference for courses and colleges. Once the candidates are registered, they will be asked to pay the registration fee and the course fees in the offline mode. For paying the fee, candidates will need to draw a demand draft in favor of MAHE i.e. Manipal academy for higher education. Candidates should be reminded that there is no other mode of fee payment available.

MU OET Seat Allotment Process 2019

Based on the ranks obtained in the main exam and availability of seats, the candidates will be given the preference for seats in the Institutes that are participating. The result for seat allotment for Manipal 2019 will be announced in the online mode. All the candidates that are allowed the seats in the Institute will have to report to their respective branches to confirm their admission. While reporting for the allotted Institute, candidates need to carry allotment letter and the receipt for the fee paid which they will be required to produce while finishing the other formalities.

What if Candidate Wants to Participate In Next Round?

In case candidates are allowed a seat in round 1, but they want to opt for next round also, candidates are required to select the waitlist option. MET 2019 option for the waitlist will also be open for candidates that want to register but seats to such candidates will not be allowed in round 1. Such candidates are required to pay the registration fees. If these candidates are allowed the seats than the paid money will be adjusted during the next round of admission process.

MET 2019 Seat Allotment (Second, Third, and Fourth Round)

To participate in further counseling rounds, after the first round is concluded, candidates will be eligible for second, third, and fourth rounds of MU OET counseling 2019 seat allotment. Candidates who are allotted seats in the first round and if they accept it, but still wish to participate in more rounds of counseling. These candidates are able to modify their choices for future rounds. Candidates who are not given any seat in the previous rounds will also be able to modify their choices. Candidates that participated in the first round and opted for the waitlist option.

Steps to Modify or Fill Choices During MET 2019 Seat Allotment

In order to modify or fill your choices, candidates will have to log in to their portal using the OTBS password and application ID. Based on their preferences, modifications can be done by the candidates any number of time until the choices are locked. Also, if in case the candidates fail to fill and lock in their choices within the given time frame, their last saved choices will be locked automatically. Not only this, there will no further chances are given to the candidates.

MET 2019 Seat Allotment – Fifth Round

If the candidates fall into the slabs they will be considered for the 5th round of MET seat allotment:

  • Candidates that will accept the seats in previous rounds but further wishes to participate in the next rounds of counseling. For such candidates, modifications will be allowed.
  • Candidates that are participating for the first time in the counseling process.
  • Registered candidates that are allowed any seats till the fourth round of MET counseling 2019.

How Will New Candidates Register for Fifth Round of MET 2019 Seat Allotment

  • Go to the candidate login portal and use your OTBS password and application ID.
  • Enter the details of 10+2 board names along with the marks.
  • Pay the registration fee required through debit/credit card or through your NetBanking.
  • Take a printout of your filled choices for any future references.

What if Seats Are Available After 5 Round? Intra-Institute Sliding (Physical Round)

  • If seats are still available, then the intra-institute sliding will be done for candidates that have been already allocated.
  • Candidates can also upgrade only in the institute where he/she has joined. There will be no shifting of campuses allowed.
  • Candidates will be given seats but will not accept if they are not eligible for the current round.
  • Registration to be done for intra-institute sliding will be open at the given venue and candidates need to submit their preferred choices and lock it.

If two or more persons will get the same scores in NEET 2019, West Bengal officials will use the following criteria to break the tie criteria:

  • Students with higher marks in Biology will be considered first.

NEET MBBS Karnataka Rank List 2019 For 85% State Quota Seats

Admissions into Medical and Dental colleges is based on NEET 2019 Score/Rank. NEET 2019 results have been released and all the qualified as per NEET Cutoff candidates now participate in two basic parts such as All India Quota and State Quota. 85% of seats comes under state Quota and 15% of seats come under All India Quota.

All India Quota seats (15%) will include the medical and dental seats from all the government college which will be filled by MCC. NEET MBBS Karnataka Rank List 2019 – NEET Tie Breaking Criteria

If two or more students have the same marks in NEET 2019, following tie break criteria will be used to determine the ranks of the candidates:

  • Students who score more marks in biology will be given the first preference
  • If the tie continues, candidates with higher marks in chemistry will be given higher preference.
  • If the tie still exists, students who gave lesser wrong answers will be considered.
  • If the tie still not exists, students with older age will be given better rank.

Procedure for attending NEET Counselling for state quota seats are as follows:

  • Firstly students will have to register themselves with KEA to appear for NEET Counseling Procedure for the state Quota seats.
  • After the registration is completed, students must go for Document verification to get their documents verified to prove their eligibility.
  • After the successful completion of Document verification candidates will receive a Secret key to activate their account for the NEET UG counseling for the state quota seats.
  • Now, Candidates can log in to their account as per the given Schedule and Check the seat matrix for choice filling.
  • Candidates can fill the options according to their preference. First, there will be a mock allocation for students to have an idea about the seat allocation process.
  • After the mock seat assignment, a window is opened to modify the options. Candidates can now change or modify their options if they wish to make an allotment for the original Round 1 seat.
  • The candidate can be assigned a seat based on candidate rank, institute cutoff ranks, candidate preference, preference, etc.
  • Candidates can now use their choice to move on to the next round. Candidates can accept the allotted seat and report to the respective college for admission.

  • 85% of Seats will be given to eligible students on the basis of NEET Scores obtained in NEET Exam.

How to Register for National Scholarship Portal?

To register for NSP Scholarship Registration students need National Scholarship Application Form and they also need to follow the below steps;

  • Students registering for NSP scholarship for the first time (Fresh Students) have to “Register” on the National Scholarship portal as a fresh applicant by providing correct and authenticated details as mentioned on their documents in the “Student Registration Form”.
  • The application form is expected to be filled by parents/guardians of scholars who are below the age of 18 years at the time of registration.
  • Before starting the registration process, students /Parents/guardian are recommended to keep the following certificates handy:
    • Educational documents of the student.
    • Student’s Bank account number and IFSC code of the bank branch
      Note: For the pre-matric scholarship scheme, where students do not have their own bank account, parents can provide their own account details. However, parents’ account numbers can only be used against scholarship applications for a maximum of two children.
    • Aadhaar number of the Student
    • If Aadhaar is not available, then Bonafide student certificate from Institute / School and
    • Aadhaar Enrolment ID or Scanned copy of Bank passbook
    • If Institute/School is different from the domicile state of the applicant, then Bonafide student certificate from Institute / School.
  • Details to be filled in the application form are;
    • Date of Birth (DOB)
    • State of Domicile
    • Scholarship Category
    • Name of Student
    • Mobile Number
    • Email Id
    • Bank account details
    • Identification Details
  • After submitting the application, the default login id and password to log into the NSP portal will be sent to the provided mobile number. In case the password is not received, the option for forgot a password at the login page shall be used.
  • Students are advised to provide “Annual Family Income” as per the Income Certificate issued by a competent authority in their scholarship application.

In the case of Existing User

  • Apply for scholarship renewal with your ‘Application Id’ and Date of Birth which you registered previous year.
  • A student can also use ‘Forgot Application ID’ to retrieve their ID.
  • Only those students would be able to renew who had actually received the scholarship payments during the previous year from NSP.

The Mission Mode Project (MMP) under the National e-Governance Plan of National Scholarships Portal tries to present a common computerized portal for executing many Scholarships schemes begun by Union Government, State Government and Union Territories across the nation. The main goals of NSP are;

  • To present a common portal for several Scholarships plans of Central and State Governments
  • Build a clear database of students
  • Assure no duplication is made in processing.
  • The synchronization of various Scholarships schemes & standards

The Institutes which are registered on NSP 2.0 are required to submit Institute Registration Form for AY 2019-20. The Form is available in Institute Login. The PMSS Scheme for WARB/Police Personnel (Martyr) will be opened from 6th November 2019.

Question 4.
How to submit the online application? Should I need the user id and password to apply for a scholarship?

Answer:
Applying procedures for Scholarship Schemes for both Fresh and Renewal are given below:

  • Fresh: Student has to Click on the option “Student Login”, on the home page of the National Scholarships Portal. Fill up the application as per the instructions are given by the system then click on the Save button. After saving, the student will get a “Temporary ID”. The system will instruct the applicant to submit his/her Temporary ID and date of birth to fill subsequent details. Once registration is complete on click of submit button, a Permanent Registration ID is generated which can be used for Renewal and tracking the status of the application
  • Renewal: Renewal Students have to apply with their Application Id and Date of Birth which they registered in the previous year. Students can also use Forgot Application ID to retrieve their ID.

How to track the status of my application?

Answer:
An option “Check Your Status” is available once you log in with Application Id and DOB.
