Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has started the counseling process for admission to engineering and agriculture programs from June 24, 2019. The TS EAMCET counseling will take place in three rounds for all the selected candidates. TS EAMCET Counselling 2019 – List of Documents Required

The following documents are needed for the TS EAMCET Counselling 2019:

  1. TS EAMCET 2019 rank card
  2. TS EAMCET 2019 hall ticket
  3. Aadhaar card
  4. SSC or its equivalent mark sheet
  5. 6th standard to inter-study certificates
  6. Transfer Certificate (T.C)
  7. Intermediate or it’s equivalent memo-cum-pass certificate
  8. Income certificate issued after Jan 1, 2018 (if applicable)
  9. Caste certificate issued by the competent authority (if applicable)
  10. Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for a period of 10 years in case Non-Local candidates

TS EAMCET 2019 Counselling Procedure

The following steps are to be kept in mind while applying for TS EAMCET Counselling 2019

  • Registration and Fee Payment on the official website @ tseamcet.nic.in
    • For OBC category Counselling fees is 1200/-
    • For SC/ST Category Counselling fees is 600/-
  • Document Verification: The candidates will have to report to the assigned helpline centers for the verification of the documents

TS EAMCET Counselling 2019 – Cancellation of Candidature

If the candidates cancel the admission, the following will happen according to the circumstances under which the admission was canceled

  1. If the candidate cancels the provisionally allotted seat through online on or before the TS EAMCET cut off date notified for cancellation, after payment of tuition fees in the first phase, full Tuition Fee paid will be refunded
  2. 100% refund after final phase for University Colleges
  3. 50% after the final phase and before cut off date notified for cancellation.

IPU CET Counseling 2019 | Registration (Begins), Procedure and Admission

IPUCET Counseling 2019: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has begun the process for IPUCET counseling 2019 on 9th July. IPUCET counseling 2019 is going to be conducted in online mode for all the BTech programs. There will be three rounds in which IPUCET counseling 2019 will be conducted. Also, in the case of vacancies after three rounds, there will be a spot round. Also, note that there will be no IPUCET, instead the seat allotment and counseling will be done on the basis of JEE main paper 1.

IPUCET counseling 2019 will comprise of steps like a choice filling, registration, locking, seat allotment, and admission fee payment. Candidates need to register first followed by admission fee payment of Rs. 1000 either through challan or through an online payment. IPUCET Counseling 2019 Procedure

It is important to know the Full procedure for IPUCET counseling in 2019 before applying for it. We have given the step by step procedure for applying for IPUCET counseling 2019.

IPUCET Counseling Fee Submission

To be eligible for counseling and participating in it, candidates should submit a fee of Rs. 1000 with respect to their CET score.

  • For submitting the application fee online, go to the GGSIPU University official website which is ipu.ac.in.
  • A link will appear for payment of counseling participation fee, click on it.
  • Enter the various details such as date of birth, CET score of the course applied, and CET roll number.
  • The fee for the course can be paid offline as well as online.
  • For payment through challan, the fee needs to paid in cash at any given Indian bank branch. This is done through challan provided on the main website. One copy of challan will be kept by the bank and another must be kept by the candidate for any future purposes.
  • For payment through net banking, candidates have to pay the counseling fee through debit or credit card.
  • For this, candidates can check their status online on the official website which ipuadmissions.nic.in and prints the online fee slip along with the transaction ID.

IPUCET Counseling Registration Process

If the fees for counseling is paid through challan than the registration process for these candidates will begin after two working days of the fee submission.

  • To register yourself, fill all the CET details for the course and after authentication is done enter the contact details and academic details. For this, a password along with the login ID will be sent to your registered email ID.
  • In case the registration fails, visit the university’s helpdesk along with a copy of your fee receipt or challan.
  • To change the details of your registration you can on ‘edit details’.
  • It is advisable to take 2 printouts of your registration form. One of this form will be required at the time of document verification while the other one should be retained by the candidate.

IPUCET Counseling Choice Filling

  • Select the preference among the given affiliated colleges of the IP university that can be done making combinations of colleges and streams.
  • After the choices are marked, the seat will be allocated and carried by the University.
  • It is advisable to select the maximum number of choices possible. This will increase the chances of getting into the desired seats in the desired college.
  • If in any case one has not been allocated any secure admission in the counseling first round than change in the preference for the subsequent rounds in the counseling process will be applicable.

IPU CET Counseling 2019 Document Verification for Minority And Reserved Category Candidates

  • If the candidates belong to one of these reserved categories which is SC, ST, PH, def, JKM, Sikh, Jain, Muslim, the defense then they are required to visit the IP university campus before the counseling process begins.
  • OBC candidates that have registered themselves for the counseling process can go for fixed centers only after the completion of round 1 and 2.
  • Candidates that fail to visit the center will not be considered for the reserved category and will be considered in the general category.

IPU CET Counseling 2019 Round 1 Procedure

Results for the first round of IPUCET counseling process will be carried out once the choice filling process is completed. The below-mentioned candidates will not be considered for the seat allocation:

  • Who has not yet submitted the counseling participation fee.
  • Who has paid the counseling participation fee but did not complete the registration process.
  • Who has paid the counseling participation fee and also performed the registration process but did not opt for preferences and choices.
  • Candidates can check the seat allocation status through login ID and password obtained at the time of registration.
  • If the seats are allotted, then candidates should print the allotment letter. This letter will available only after the current round of counseling is finalized.
  • For confirming the seat, candidates need to pay Rs. 40,000 as a part of their academic fee. If any candidate fails to pay the fee than this will result in detention of the candidate from any counseling rounds.
  • If fee receipt is not obtained in the given time then contact the IP university helpdesk.

IPU CET Counselling 2019 Round 1 – Reporting at IP University

  • After seats are allocated, candidates have to report at the University centers along with their receipt, fee, documents, and certificates related to the category if applicable.
  • If any candidate fails to appear at the required center then the seat allocated will be canceled and given to another candidate. Also, the candidate may lose the chance to grab a seat in other rounds of counseling except for spot counseling.
  • Candidates can also freeze their option by clicking on the freeze option if the candidate is done with his seat allotment after round 1 and does not want to participate further in the upcoming rounds of counseling.
  • After the academic fees are deposited, if any candidate desires to withdraw their admission that they can withdraw by clicking on the ‘withdraw button’.

IPU CET Counseling 2019 Round 2 Procedure

The requirements for round 2 of counseling are

  • Candidates that have already ‘freeze’ their seat after counseling in round 1.
  • Candidates that have withdrawn their admission as they are no longer in the competition.
  • Candidates that have not paid up academic fees so they will be debarred from the counseling.
  • Candidates that have not satisfied the given eligibility criteria.

For the second round of counseling, candidates that have mentioned their preferences or choices but are not allowed any seat during round 1 counseling will be called for counseling.

Candidates that have been allocated seat in round 1 and they reported at the University centers for verification of documents and paid the part academic fee but have not frozen their seat and not withdrawn their admission.

IPU CET Spot Counseling 2019

For students who want to obtain the seat in GGSIPU, spot counseling is the last option. This process in IPUCET is held in offline mode after the first and second round of counseling.

Eligibility for spot counseling process

  • Candidates that have not taken admission through round 1 or 2 that he/she must have gotten by qualifying CET.
  • Candidates that have ‘not admitted’ tag for any reason are eligible.
  • Any candidate that has participated in any round of counseling but has to withdraw for any reason are also eligible.
  • It is improving to note that the facility of fee withdrawal is only available for candidates after round 1 and 2 of online counseling. This will not be possible in spot counseling case.
  • The candidate who has already been admitted through round 1 and 2 and also paid their fee before the spot counseling will not be eligible for the spot counseling process.

SVNIRTAR CET Results 2019: Swami Vivekanand National Institute of Rehabilitation Training and Research (SVNIRTAR) is an Autonomous body under Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DIVYANGJAN), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India. It provides total medical rehabilitation for Persons with Locomotor Disabilities.

SVNIRTAR CET Result – Counselling Procedure 2019

The first counselling for admission shall be held from 23 to 26.07.2019 at reporting time 09.00 am at National Institute for Locomotor Disabilities (NILD), Bonhooghly, Kolkata – 700 090 (WestBengal). The candidate will have to secure the seat on the same day after counselling by depositing the admission fees. Note that if you do not report in person at the allotted date and time, your seat will be forfeited. The counseling will proceed as given below

  1. The candidates will be called in the order of merit.
  2. When you get called, you will be offered the seat and Institute available/vacant at your turn. You will have to select a course and institute from the available seats given to you.
  3. You will have to provide the following documents, in original along with 2 photocopies, for document verification:
    1. Original Admit Card of CET-2019 and Counselling letter.
    2. Date of birth (Secondary School/Matriculation Certificate/Admit Card) issued by the affiliating board.
    3. Certificate and mark sheet of the qualifying examination issued by the Board/University.
    4. Conduct and Character Certificate from the head of the Institution from where the qualifying examination was passed or from the principal of the college/school where the candidate has studied last.
    5. Certificate of medical fitness to be signed by a Govt. Medical Officer as per the format is given on the official website.
    6. SC/ST certificate or Physically Handicapped certificate from appropriate authorities on the basis of which reservation is claimed. The concerned Institute may constitute a medical board to assess disability/eligibility of the candidate to pursue the said course. No SEBC certificate will be accepted.
    7. OBC certificate (Non-Creamy layer) issued in Govt. of India format only within one year as on date of counselling will be accepted.
    8. Migration certificate in original form the respective regular School/university where he/she has studied last to be submitted as per the requirement of University.
    9. Nationality/Domicile or Residence Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
    10. Gap year certificate, if applicable.
  4. A candidate who is allotted a seat shall be admitted provisionally. To confirm the seat, you will have to pay the course fee of ₹44, 000 excluding hostel fees in the form of Demand Draft.  The Demand draft should be made in favor of “National Institute for Orthopaedically Handicapped” payable at “Kolkata”.
  5. You can pay the hostel fees later, after the allotment of a hostel in the allotted institute.

SVNIRTAR CET Result Second Counselling

In case there are any vacancies remaining after the first counselling, a second counselling will be conducted. Candidates will again be called in the order of merit. You can also opt for transfer from one institute to another institute or one course to another course in the same institute during the second counselling. If you do so, the fee and deposit paid earlier will be adjusted/transferred as per rules.

MHT CET Counseling 2019: The state common entrance test in Maharashtra has ended the registration procedure for MHT CET 2019.   • Here, you will be asked to mention your details like contact number, personal, and security.
  • After this, you have to select the type of candidate.
  • After this enter your MHT CET 2019 and qualification details.
  • After all the details are filled you will be asked to upload scanned signature and photograph.
  • Once all the relevant details are filled, you need to proceed with the application fee payment.
  • Recheck all the relevant details to avoid any kind of mistake.
  • Takeout a print of the application form for any future purposes.

MHT CET Counseling Fee 2019

The payment of fee is done through online mode. Also, it should be noted that the fee payment is to be done only by those candidates that did not register for the MHT CET 2019.

Registration for MHT CET 2019 At The Facilitation Centers

Candidates who had registered themselves for counseling need to report themselves to their given FC for the document verification process. Also, the students are required to carry their original documents along with a set of attested copies at the respective facilitation centers. Candidates that fail to report at their given facilitation centers will not be allowed to participate in further admission rounds.

Furthermore, candidates are required to submit their following documents for verification:

  • Mark sheet and passing certificate for class 10 and 12

MHT CET 2019 Choice Filling and Provisional Merit List

After the candidates have filled their names for courses and colleges as their preference, they are advised to fill their maximum desired choices so that their chances of admission are high. Also, the DTE authorities will release the final and provisional merit list for MHT CET 2019 with the names of shortlisted candidates. The seat allotment process will be done based on the choices filled by the candidates and merit list released.

MHT CET 2019 Seat Allotment

Maharashtra state common entrance tests cell is going to conduct the MHT CET 2019 seat allotment procedure through centralized allotment process also known as CAP. This will be done in three rounds in online mode. For this, candidates will be required to login to check the seat allotment for the MHT CET 2019 counseling. Also, in case of seat allotment, candidates need to download their report and allotment letter to the center for selecting their preferred option for the seat allotted. Also, candidates need to confirm their allocated seat to the Institute. The seats here will be allowed based on the candidate’s merit, availability of seats, and choice filling.

To know whether the seat has been allotted to the candidate or not, the candidate needs to login using their date of birth and application ID. Also, if they are allowed a seat, they will have to download their allotment letter with all the details pertaining to course and college allowed. After the allotment letter is downloaded, candidates will have to report to their nearest ARC for practicing any of these options – slide, float or freeze for the given seat.

Freez – If the candidate wishes to upgrade the seat that has been allotted to him and doesn’t want to participate in more rounds, he or she can choose to freeze their seat.

Slide – When the candidate is satisfied with the seat allotted and accepts the seat, but still wishes to upgrade that seat to a higher preferred course in the similar Institute, than he or she choose to slide the seat. Here, in this case, the previous allotment to the student will be canceled automatically. This will happen if the given allocated seat is upgraded.

Float – When any candidate wishes to upgrade the seat given after accepting to a highly preferred choice of course at any of the Institutes, then he or she will need to choose float. Also, in the given case, the previous allotment will be canceled, if the higher choice is allocated to them.

NIRF Rankings – India Rankings 2019 Top Colleges in Engineering, Medical, Pharmacy and Law

The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) released fourth edition of India Rankings for the year 2019 based on the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF). The fourth edition of India Rankings builds upon the last three annual exercises undertaken between 2016 and 2018 with some improvements.

A Round-Table Meeting for India Rankings 2019 (NIRF) was convened under the chairmanship of Shri R. Subrahmanyam, Secretary (HE) at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi on 8th August, 2018 wherein stakeholders from institutes across various disciplines were invited to participate and provide their feedback on ways and means to improve this annual exercise. 26 participants from 22 institutions attended the workshop. Domain-specific sub­committees were set-up for various disciplines to examine the feedback provided by the participants during the round table meeting. Some of these feedbacks / suggestions were incorporated for ranking of domain-specific ranking of institutions.

NEET Counselling 2019 Round 1 Registration Extends | Know Revised NEET 2019 counselling schedule

NEET Counselling 2019, Banglore 2019: Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has extended the registration deadline for NEET Counselling 2019. In a recent Update, MCC officials have notified that the registration process along with choice filling for NEET MBBS BDS 2019 admissions have been extended till further notice. NEET Counselling registration process was to end on June 24, which, however, has been extended.

With the extension of the NEET Counseling 2019 registration and choice filling process, the full schedule of the NEET 2019 counseling and seat assignment process is expected to be revised.

Thereby, the outcome of the NEET Counseling for Round 1 Choice Filling and Seat Allocation is to be announced on June 27 and will now be announced on the revised date. MCC did not make further communication in this regard.

AIIMS Counseling 2019: After the announcement of AIIMS MBBS Result, it is expected that AIIMS MBBS counseling 2019 is going to around July 3. This time the process will be conducted online. The process is done for the 15 AIIMS colleges across India. There are approximately 1027 seats being offered through admissions in the AIIMS MBBS counseling 2019. This time, AIIMS MBBS counseling 2019 will be held in 4 rounds which also includes AIIMS open round counseling.

The candidates that have cleared AIIMS MBBS exams 2019 and whose names are present in the merit list are eligible to participate in the online counseling. In all rounds of AIIMS MBBS counseling, 4 times the total number of seats in all the categories are so call. The candidates who want to participate in online counseling should register themselves. Those candidates that will register themselves successfully will be asked to fill their choices and courses they want to pursue.

AIIMS MBBS Counseling Dates 2019

For students to get an idea about the AIIMS MBBS counseling, the officials have kept mock counseling before the first round of counseling. In this mock round, the candidates will be able to select their choice preference amongst the AIIMS institutions, reshuffling of choices, mock allocation, allocation of seats, and rejection or acceptance of seat by candidates. Once the AIIMS mock round is completed, AIIMS MBBS counseling will begin. The candidates that are allocated the seats in AIIMS MBBS counseling will need to deposit their original certificates along with the fees at the allocated institutions.

How To Participate In AIIMS MBBS Counselling 2019?

AIIMS is yet to release the dates and various details about the online process of AIIMS MBBS counseling 2019. The stepwise process of registering for AIIMS counseling will be updated as soon as we receive any details from AIIMS New Delhi. Candidates that are qualified for AIIMS MBBS 2019 entrance by securing the minimum qualifying percentage and also included in the list of candidates that are eligible for the participation in the first round of AIIMS MBBS counseling. For them below is the step by step procedure for AIIMS MBBS counseling.

Step – 1: Counselling Registration – First-time users that are eligible for the first round of the counseling will be required to register themselves for participating in the counseling process. Candidates will have to register online for AIIMS MBBS 2019 by clicking on the link made available in the AIIMS official website. The link will be available in the ‘my page’ which is the same account as that used by the candidates for their AIIMS MBBS 2019 application form.

Step 2: Exercising the Choice Preferences – Once the registration is successfully done, candidates need to login into the counseling module. The candidates that are eligible will be able to decide their preferences of the AIIMS institutions and save it into the portal. During this process, candidates can add/order/delete/reorder their preferences. After the choices are made, candidates will have to save it and lock in the choices. Once the form is submitted, candidates won’t be allowed to make any changes until the current counseling round ends.

Step 3: Mock Allotment Results – The results for online mock allotment will be released only during the first round if counseling begins. The mock allotment is for the students to get an idea of the candidates about the counseling process. Also, it is for the rough idea of the AIIMS college that are likely to be allotted as per the current preferences.

Step 4: Editing and Final Submission of Choices – After the mock allotments are finished, candidates can edit their preferences i.e. reshuffle the order of the AIIMS selected or add new ones, etc if they want. The window for this is open for a few days only.

Step 5: Seat Allotment Result – Seats in this step will be allowed as per the student’s preference. Also, it will be on the merit list in AIIMS MBBS 2019. The result for the same will also be available on our website.

Step 6: Acceptance or Rejection of Allotted Seat – After the candidates are allowed the seats in an AIIMS institute, they will have to express whether they are willing to take admission on the allotted seat or not. There are following actions that can be taken by the candidate

  • Refuse the seat: As per the rules and regulations of AIIMS MBBS 2019 counseling, unless a student explicitly expresses that he/she wants to reject the seat, it will be presumed that they have accepted the seat. So, if someone does not want to take the admission on the allotted seat, they will have to actively refuse for the seat. This is done by logging into their portal and refuse for the same in given time and date.
  • Accept the seat: If one wishes to take the admission by accepting the seat that they can do it by ‘reporting to the allotted College’. There, the person has to submit the fees and documents as stated in the AIIMS MBBS counseling 2019.
  • Holding the seat while actively participating in the ongoing counseling rounds: In the case where one has been allotted the seat and wishes to hold onto that seat while filling for the further counseling rounds, one has to deposit the fee and documents at the allotted AIIMS institute. Also, they have to express their desire of participating in further counseling rounds by selecting the required option in the portal.
  • Not taking any action: If in any case the seat is allocated the seat and he/she fails to take any action i.e. neither accepts/rejects the seat nor reports to the college then such candidate will not be considered eligible for the further counseling rounds. This includes open round for counseling of AIIMS MBBS 2019.

Step 7: Reporting to the allotted institute – Once the seat has been provided to the student, he/she needs to appear at the AIIMS institute with some documents. In the institute, the documents will be verified and then the admission process will be completed. It is advisable for the candidates to bring their original documents along with its respective photocopies. Also, do not forget about the demand draft.

AIIMS MBBS Counselling 2019 – Documents Required

Below is the list of all the documents that are required by the allotted institute:

  • AIIMS MBBS 2019 admit card
  • Call letter/admission letter issued by AIIMS, New Delhi
  • Class 12th marksheet
  • Proof for date of birth
  • Migration certificate
  • Six passport size photographs
  • For SC/ST/OBC category, category certificate from the prescribed authority
  • One set of copies of all self-attested certificates

AIIMS MBBS Second Round Counselling

When the first round of counseling is completed the second round of AIIMS MBBS counseling will begin. The candidates that have registered themselves for the AIIMS MBBS mock round counseling will be eligible to participate in the second round of counseling. Below are the eligibility criteria for the same

  • Those candidates that are allocated a seat in the first round, but have selected option no. 3 and 4 can take part in this round of AIIMS MBBS counseling.
  • Candidates that participated in the first round of counseling but were not allowed the seat are also eligible for the second round.
  • Candidates that obtained 50% marks in AIIMS MBBS 2019 but were not invited for the 1st round of counseling will not eligible for the subsequent rounds of counseling. But these candidates are eligible for participation in spot counseling or open rounds.

Tie-Breaking Criteria for NEET MBBS Telangana Rank List

If two students will secure the same marks then Telangana officials will determine their ranks using the following tie-breaking criteria:

  • Students who secure more marks in NEET Biology will be considered
  • if the tie still exists, students who score more marks in chemistry will be considered.
  • If the tie still continuos students with less number of incorrect answers in NEET-UG will be considered
