NVS Result – Selection Process

Aspirants will be shortlisted on the basis of their marks in written examination/CBT (online computer-based test). The cut off marks will be released and the aspirants will be shortlisted based on their cut off marks. The decision of the NVS about the mode of selection to the posts will be final. The selection procedure is different for various posts and selection procedure for each post are tabulated below:

  • In the case of Legal Assistant, Female Staff Nurse & Catering Assistant the selection to the post will be done on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the written examination/CBT only.

NIOS Class 10 Date Sheet 2019: Due to elections on October 21, 2019, the official authorities have decided to postpone the Science & Technology exam (212) on November 4, 2019. The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) released the NIOS 10th Date Sheet on September 4, 2019. The class 10 theory examination started on October 4, 2019. While the practical examination started on September 16, 2019.

National Institute of open schooling also known as NIOS conducts the NIOS exam for class 10 twice in a year. The block 1 exam is conducted in the month of April/May while the exams for block 2 are conducted in October/November. Recently, NIOS has released recently the NIOS class 10 date sheet for block 1. NIOS On-Demand Exam 2019: Candidates have the option for appearing under the NIOS on-demand examination system which ODES at secondary as well as senior secondary levels at the NIOS headquarters in Noida. The candidates are eligible for appearing in the on-demand exam after appearing for the first public exam. All the facilities provided by NIOS like change of subject, 9 chances to appear for examinations, etc will be provided to the candidates after stream 2. Also, the candidate is free to appear any number of times through the on-demand exam system until the validity of the admission.

  • The candidates of stream 1 blocks 1 and 2 can seek online ODE registration only after April/May and October/November exams are done.
  • For appearing in ODE, the learner should bring a copy of the origin identity card which is issued by NIOS along with any other identity proofs like voter ID card, driving license, Aadhar card, passport, etc.

The candidate which is registering under the stream 3 and 4 should be allowed to appear in the exams only through on-demand exam mode. The candidate will not be allowed to sit in the exam through the public exam conducted by the NIOS during April/May and October/November. Candidates of the Delhi/NCR region can appear for any of the NIOS ODE centers. The on-demand exam fees can be paid through debit card, credit card, or net banking.

NIOS On-Demand Certification and Result

  • After the exam is over, ODES results are published and declared through websites for the candidates during the last week of every month. This is for the exams that were conducted in the preceding month.
  • The marksheet along with other documents will be printed for all the candidates that have passed the exam by the M&M unit. Also, this will be sent to the concerned regional center in order to dispatch it to the individual candidates.
  • The remaining candidates that want their marksheet can send the request via an application attaching the internet printout along with the bank draft of Rs. 100 in favor of Secretary of NIOS. This is payable at Noida to section officer of M&M unit, national institute of open schooling, Institutional area, sector 62, Noida, UP.
  • For the purpose of certification and marksheets, all the candidates that appear from May to October will be considered for the April exam of that year. Also, the candidates that appear during November till April will be considered under the preceding exam conducted in October.
  • Re-evaluation and re-checking as per the NIOS exam norms are allowed also in the aze of ODES. The candidates might appear to the director for this on the prescribed form available on the NIOS website along with the required fees mentioned in the form.

KVPY Admit Card – Instructions

You would need to preserve the admit card well after the exam ends and until admissions are over. Hence, it would be wise to keep these instructions in mind:

  1. A candidate must not spoil or mutilate KVPY Admit Card.
  2. Candidates must also not change any entry made therein. For any changes in the information given on the admit card, contact the exam authority to the earliest.
  3. Candidates are required to preserve their KVPY admit cards in good condition until the entire selection process is over.
  4. Do not carry any unfair items.
  5. Any mutilated, altered or invalid admit card will lead to cancellation of your candidature.

KVPY Exam Center – Items Barred At Exam Center

NIOS Public Exam and On-Demand Examination System

The public exams are held twice in a year as per the dates fixed by NIOS. These exams usually happen in months of April-May and October-November. Candidates can register for public exams online also. For this, the examination fee can be paid through debit card or credit card or net banking or through bank draft. The bank draft should be in favor of “Secretary NIOS” and it should be payable at the concerned regional center within a week after the date of submission of the online application form. NIOS Registration for Public Examination

After the final dates are gone, students still have the opportunity to register by paying the required exam fees along with the consolidated fee of Rs. 1500. Procedure for Registration through AI (Study Centre)/Common Service Centre/Authorised Facilitation Centre

  • If a candidate wants to register for a public exam for NIOS held in April – May, and October – November, candidates need to go through the given time schedule.
  • Fill up the exam form and deposit it with the coordinator of your study center along with the given exam fee within the prescribed dates in person or through any of the representatives.
  • The exam form will be attached with the prospectus, a photocopy of which might be used for the upcoming exam. This can also be obtained from the study center free of cost or you can download it from the NIOS official website.
  • It is important that you fill-up the correct codes for the subject that you wish to appear for in the main exam form. Also, you can register for only those subjects that you had selected during the time of admission. Do check the subject codes that you filled in the exam form carefully.
  • You will eligible to appear for the on-demand examination system at the secondary level as well as senior secondary level only in those subjects that you have taken admission in NIOS.

NIOS Public Exam – Credit Accumulation

The candidate can have as many as nine chances to appear for the public exams which are spread across a period of 5 years from the validity of admission. NIOS will keep on accumulating your credit in the given subjects in its database until the candidate clears all the required subjects for certification. Also, it is necessary for NIOS to revise the syllabus for different courses from time to time. In this case, the decision about NIOS will be on the candidate.

After the results are declared, candidates will receive their results through study centers. Migration and provisional certificates will be issued to the successful candidates only. The pass certificate of the student will be issued in six months after the results are declared.

  • The marksheet along with other documents will be prepared only for the candidates that have passed the exam by the department of evaluation, M&M unit, NIOS. These will be sent to the respective regional centers for dispatch to each and every candidate.
  • Other candidates that want the marksheet can send their request using an application with an attachment of the bank draft and print out a copy of Rs. 100 in favor of “Secretary NIOS”, payable at Noida to the associate director of the M&M unit.

JCECE Counselling Procedure 2019

The counselling process will be held in 3 – 4 rounds and the candidates will be allotted dates based on their ranks in the merit list. You will not be sent an official invitation via SMS or otherwise for the same. You will have to check the counselling schedule on the official website (link is given above) and report on time at the venue if you are eligible.

You can check the number of vacancies available on the official website. During the Interview round, you will be allowed to choose your top preferred colleges and courses and if there are any vacancies seats will be allotted to you. If you are dissatisfied with the seat allotted to you, you can opt for seat upgradation in the subsequent rounds. Note that if the seat is not upgraded in the subsequent round, the original allotment will be considered final.

The seat allotment process will continue until all seats are filled and as many required rounds of counselling will be held.

You need to confirm your seat by paying the seat acceptance fees of INR 1000 drawn in favour of Controller of Examination, JCECEB, payable at Ranchi. The final step before admissions is document verification.

  1. School/College leaving certificate is not required at the time of JCECE Counselling. However, it will be required at the time of admission.
  2. In case a successful candidate appears as per merit ranking but forgets to produce required set of documents and then appears for the next round then they can opt for admission in only available seat/branch/ institute.
  3. Before allotment of seats, original certificates and identity will be verified.
  4. Legal actions will be taken against the candidates found false/improper identity/duplicate certificates.
  5. The allotment of seats will be done on the basis of marks obtained in JCECE. There is no guarantee of admission of candidates included in the advertisement merit list for counselling.

AP EAMCET Counselling 2019 – How To Register?

You need to register for the document verification session. The registration is unfortunately not online and can be done only in the AP EAMCET help centers near you. However, the steps to are very straight forward and easy to follow. From the list given, find out the help center nearest to you and register before the Last date. Steps to follow

  1. Reach the venue on time.
  2. Submit your AP EAMCET rank card to the personnel at the entrance.
  3. You will be called in the order of your ranks. You need to pay the counseling fee and obtain the form.
  4. Fill in all the relevant details in the form, taking care to ensure that there are no discrepancies/errors.
  5. After this step, you will be called for document verification.

There are two phases to the counseling process. First, you will be called for document verification. Once verified, you can fill in your choices and seats will be allotted.

AP EAMCET Counselling 2019 – Documents Required To Be Submit

When called for certificate verification, you need to provide the following documents

  1. AP EAMCET Hall Ticket 2019
  2. AP EAMCET Rank Card
  3. Intermediate or Equivalent exam mark sheet and passing certificate
  4. 10th and 12th class Mark Sheet and passing certificate
  5. Migration Certificate
  6. Income certificate (issued after January 01, 2019)
  7. Caste certificate (if required)
  8. PH, NCC, CAP, Sports Certificates (if applicable)
  9. Aadhar card
  10. Residence certificate of either of parents
  11. Disability Certificate (if applicable)

You need to bring the original documents along with two photocopies.

Follow the below steps to register and fill in your choices:

  1. Go to the candidate registration page.
  2. Fill in the relevant details such as Registration number, Hall ticket number, date of birth, etc. Take care to fill them in properly to avoid any errors/discrepancies.
  3. Click on “Generate Password”.
  4. Now, create a password. (Min. 8 characters, Max. 10, at least one numeric/special character)
  5. Re-enter the password to confirm it. Make sure that you have created a strong password for safety.
  6. Click on “Save password”.
  7. Click “log out” to go back to the homepage.

Now, you need to log in using the password just generated. Click on “Choice filling” and fill in your preferences. Make sure to verify the Engineering colleges and course codes when filling the options.

You can change your preference order as many times as you like, adding and deleting choices until you’re satisfied. You are allowed to make changes till the Last date. Once you have finalized your choices, you need to “lock” them. Note that your choices cannot be changed once locked. Hence, take your time and go through it a few times before locking.

Seats are allotted based on various factors such as:

  • Merit
  • Category
  • Gender
  • Special reservation category, etc. (Not in order)

The list of allotments will be available online on the official website. You need to log in to check it. If you are satisfied with your allotment, you may report at the allotted institute. Note that you have to pay the fees and carry the payment receipt at the nearest Helpline Centres.

You need to report at your nearest EAMCET Helpline Centre on the date allotted to you. Once there, you will be provided with the registration form which you need to fill. Once verified, you will have to generate a new password, using which you will fill in your choices. Once you have finalized the choices, you need to lock the choices. Seats will be allotted based on various factors and can be checked on the official website.
