NTSE Mizoram 2019-20: NTSE Mizoram will be conducted on 2nd November 2019. State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) will notify for the NTSE Mizoram 2019-20. The application process will start on August 2019. Regular students of class 10th can apply for NTSE Mizoram till September 2019. Candidates can collect the admit card from their respective school in October 2019. Qualified candidates of NTSE Mizoram will be selected by SCERT to appear for the Stage 2 exam conducted by NCERT.

NTSE Mizoram Eligibility Criteria

Refer to the below eligibility conditions to appear for the NTSE Mizoram 2019-20.

  • Regular class 10th students of Mizoram studying during the academic year of 2019-20.
  • The general category candidates of Mizoram must secure 60% marks and reserved category 55% marks in Class 9th.
  • The age limit to apply for NTSE Mizoram must be less than 18 years as on 1st July 2019.
  • Students studying class X in government, private or any Mizoram Board affiliated schools.
  • Students who are not employed and appearing class 10 exam for the first time can apply for NTSE Mizoram.
  • Students getting a scholarship from any other source will not be considered for NTSE Mizoram 2019-20.
  • Students of Mizoram studying class X from Open School and Distance Learning (ODL) with the age limit of below 18 years.
  • There is no domicile restriction to apply for NTSE Mizoram.
  • Candidates must belong to the citizenship of India to apply for NTSE Mizoram.
  • NMMS scholarship holders are also eligible to apply for NTSE Mizoram.

NTSE Mizoram Application Process

NTSE Mizoram application form can be collected from the school authorities or the state liaison officer. NTSE Mizoram application form will be released on August 2019. Mizoram candidates can fill and submit the application form until September 2019. Candidates may take help from their teacher/parent while filling the NTSE Mizoram application form.

How to Apply for NTSE Mizoram?

Candidates must refer to the below information to apply for NTSE Mizoram 2019-20.

  • Candidates should visit the respective school or office of the state liaison’s office to collect the application form.
  • Fill the NTSE Mizoram application form correctly with the valid information.
  • Any misperception found in the application will result in the rejection of the form by Directorate of SCERT.
  • The passport size photograph must be affixed and attested by the School Principal/ Gazetted Officer. Printed copies of 9th class mark sheets should be attached along with the NTSE Mizoram application.
  • Attachment of attested copies of Caste and Non-creamy Certificate for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates is required.
  • Attachment of attested copies of EWS Certificate for EWS candidates is required.
  • Attachment of attested copies of Disability Certificate for Physically Disabled candidates also required.
  • The NTSE Mizoram application form must be attested by the respective school Principal.
  • Finally, the duly filled application form will be submitted to the state liaison’s office on or before the due date.

NTSE Mizoram Application Fee

No application fee will be charged from the candidates to appear for the NTSE Mizoram 2019-20.

NTSE Mizoram Admit Card

  • Candidates can collect the admit card from the respective school two weeks before the exam.
  • Then, fill all the necessary details in block letters only.
  • NTSE Mizoram admit card contains candidates 11 digit roll number, name, date, reporting time, and exam venue details, etc.
  • Affix the passport size photograph attested by the school Principal with the seal in NTSE Mizoram admit card.
  • Students must bring the admit card while going to appear for NTSE Mizoram exam. Otherwise, they will not be allowed into the examination hall to appear the exam.

NTSE Mizoram Question Pattern
