KVPY Eligibility Criteria 2019

Students can only apply for KVPY Exam, only after the checking of complete eligibility to appear in the examination.

  • Nationality: Students must be an Indian Nationals.
  • For Stream SA: Students, those studying in 11th standards with science subjects & secured 75% aggregate marks (65% marks for reserved categories) in Mathematics & science subjects in Class 10th can apply.
  • For Stream SX: Students who studying in class 12th & score 75% marks (65% marks in case of SC/ST/PwD category) in aggregate in Mathematics & science in 10th standards can also apply.
  • For Stream SB: Students, those studying in the 1st year of UG course in basic sciences & score at least 60% marks (50% for reserved categories) are also eligible.

How to Apply for KVPY 2019?

Follow the step by step procedure to apply for KVPY Exam 2019. Students must visit the official website of KVPY, Now click on Login for Application.

Step – 1: Registration

  • Students have to register by filling the application form of KVPY 2019,
  • After that, they have to enter the details like basic details, including email id, mobile number, and date of birth and enter the captcha to complete registration.

  • The candidate must be pursuing either any regular technical degree or any professional undergraduate degree and integrated course duly recognized by the government regulatory bodies like AICTE, MCI, DCI, etc.

Odisha Scholarship Rewards

All of the Odisha scholarships offer a financial allowance to support the scholars who need it. The scholars get various financial interests under these plans in the shape of cash awards, tuition fee waiver or direct benefit transfer. Pre Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities The rate of scholarship payable for 10 months in an academic year is INR 350 and 600 per month for day scholars and hostellers respectively.

The scholarship also includes a monthly reader allowance for blind students, monthly transport allowance in case the student is not a hosteller, monthly escort allowance for severely disabled (80% or higher) and monthly coaching allowance to mentally retarded and ill students.

Post-Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities The scholars selected through this scheme receive a maintenance allowance, additional allowance depending on the disability of the student and reimbursement of compulsory non-refundable fees.
Prof. Ghanshyam Dash Scholarship for Higher Education The selected scholars receive a waiver of 90% of the academic fee and other expenses for the entire duration of a 4-year course up to an amount of INR 1 Lakh per annum.
Scholarship to Meritorious Students under Central Sector Scheme The rate of the scholarship for students at graduation level is INR 10,000 per annum for the 1st three years of college and university courses. The rate of the scholarship for students at the post-graduation level is INR 20,000 per annum. Students pursuing a professional degree/ integrated courses are eligible to receive INR 20,000 per annum in the 4th and 5th year.
Vidyadhan Scholarship Program (Odisha) (1st and 2nd year) The selected scholars will receive a scholarship of up to INR 6,000 per annum.
Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Senapati Scholarship The selected scholars will receive a scholarship worth INR 20,000 as a one-time payment.
Financial Assistance to Sportspersons The selected scholars will receive the following financial assistance

  • Sportspersons under BPL Category: 100% fee waiver and an additional amount of INR 10,000 for diploma and long-term courses and INR 5,000 for 6-week certificate courses to meet traveling and other miscellaneous expenses.
  • Sportspersons under Non-BPL Category: 75% fee waiver and an additional amount of INR 5,000 for diploma and long-term courses and INR 2,500 for 6-week certificate courses to meet traveling and other miscellaneous expenses.

Question 1.
How can I apply for a Scholarship, if I haven’t availed it in the first year of the course?

Answer:
Online fresh application submission is possible only for 1st-year students. Take out a printout of the Scholarship Application form, after downloading from the “Download” option of the Home page. Fill it up and submit it to Institute with all the requisite documents. Institute is to be requested to register and submit a scholarship application on your behalf. You should keep a record of the “Applicant Id” and “Password” from the Institute so that you can be able to modify details and track the status of the application.

Question 2.
What documents I have to submit with the print out of the application?

Answer:
You have to submit Original Caste Certificate, Original Income Certificate, Copy of High School Certificate, Copy of the first page of Bank Passbook (showing IFSC Code of the Bank & Bank Account Number) and Handicap Certificate (if any) along with the print out of the Application. Institute would verify the original certificates & return back to the students.

How to check the status of my application?

Answer:
You can check the status of your application anytime. After logging in, click on Edit-Lock-Print Application”. Then select the “Track Status” option. This will provide you current/latest status of your Scholarship Application.

UPSEE Counselling 2020: The UPSEE or Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) 2019 allotment results have been released on the official website of the competitive exam. The UPSEE allotment list for the first round of counseling, which is released by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh (formerly U.P. The counselling procedure contains 6 steps in total

  1. Registration (which includes document uploading and payment of counseling fee)

UPSEE Counselling Procedure

UPSEE Counselling Registration 2019

Registration for UPSEE counseling 2019 will be through online mode. You need to register on the official website https://upsee.nic.in/publicinfo/public/home.aspx using your given credentials. Once registered, you will have to pay the counselling fee

  • General and OBC candidates – ₹20,000
  • SC and ST candidates – ₹12,000

You are also required to upload all the necessary documents to complete registration.

You will have to upload all the necessary documents for verification. The size limit for the files is 200 KB. The documents to be uploaded are:

  1. UPSEE Admit Card 2019

  5. Domicile certificate

UPSEE Counselling Filling of Choices

You will have to fill in your preferred order of colleges and courses. You will be allotted your most preferred seat if vacant, then second and so on.

On the basis of your rank and preference order, you will be allotted a seat.

Seat Confirmation

In this step, you have three options available to you: Freeze, Float and Withdraw.

  • Freeze: You are satisfied with the seat allotted to you and want to finalize it.
  • Float: You are not satisfied with the seat allotted to you and want to wait for the other rounds of counselling to see if your seat will be upgraded. (To one with higher preference)
  • Withdraw: You do not wish to participate further in the admission process. Your seat will be forfeited.

UPSEE Counselling Physical Reporting at College

  • After all the rounds of counseling are completed. you will have to report at the allotted college to complete the admission process.
  • The counseling process is straight forward and entirely via online mode. You need to register on the official website for counselling by uploading all the necessary documents and paying the counselling fee (depending on your category). Then, you will have to upload the necessary documents and certificates for online verification. Once this process is complete, you will be able to choose your preferred order of colleges and courses. Finally, a seat will be allotted to you based on merit.
  • At this stage, you can either choose to withdraw or stay in the admission process. If you choose to stay, you can either freeze the seat allotted to you or opt for float and hope for upgradation.
  • The last step will be to physically report at the allotted college to confirm your seat and finish the admission procedure.

Entrance Exam Syllabus: Entrance examinations are conducted for the candidates who want to get admission in colleges or institutes after they have passed their Class 12th or equivalent exam. These exams are conducted by recognised universities based on the syllabus prescribed by them. The syllabus for these entrance exams are subjective and is according to the type of entrance exam, such as exams conducted for engineering, medical, architectural, B.Ed., course admissions etc.

AP EAMCET 2020 Eligibility Criteria

In order to apply for the exam, candidates must first check the AP EAMCET 2020 eligibility criteria and if they satisfy it then they should proceed to fill the application form. Applicants who do not meet the specified criteria will not be allowed to apply for the exam. The eligibility criteria for an examination are prescribed below:

  • The candidate must be a citizen of India or PIO or OCI cardholder.
  • Applicants must belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana and they must satisfy the Local/Non Local status of the state.
  • An individual must have an age of 16 years as on 31st December 2019. There is no maximum age limit.
  • Students who have passed class 12th or equivalent examination for any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects will be considered eligible to apply.
  • Candidates who have passed a Diploma in Engineering can also apply.
  • Aspirants must be of 17 years of age as on 31st December for B.Tech (Dairy Technology/ Agriculture Engineering/ FS & T) and B.Sc. (Agriculture Engineering). The upper age limit for the general category is 22 years while for SC/ST categories is 25 years.

AP EAMCET 2020 Application Form

It is necessary for candidates who desire to apply for an entrance exam to fill the online AP EAMCET 2020 application form. The authority will accept the applications of only eligible applicants. The application form will be available on the official website. The application form is expected to be released in the second week of February 2020. The application process is somewhat different for this exam as students have to pay an application fee first. Payment can be done through AP/TS centers, Credit card, Debit card or Net Banking.

The application form of AP EAMCET 2020 has to be filled all the required details such as personal, educational and communication details. Candidates have to pay the AP EAMCET 2020 application fee for filling the form. The fee differs according to the stream for which an aspirant will appear.

  • For Agriculture, applicants have to pay a fee of Rs. 450.
  • For Engineering, the amount required to be deposited is Rs. 450.

TS EAMCET Eligibility Criteria 2020

In order to apply for the exam, aspirants have to fulfill a certain set of requirements. The set of requirements is known as TS EAMCET 2020 eligibility criteria. Any candidate who fails to meet these requirements will not be allowed to fill the application form. Hence they will not be considered eligible to apply and further take the entrance exam.

TS EAMCET Application Form 2020

Students who will satisfy the eligibility criteria will be able to fill the TS EAMCET Application Form 2020 exam. The application form will be available via online mode through the official website. Applicants can apply for the exam in the third week of March 2020. At first, candidates need to deposit a requisite amount of application fee. The fees can be deposited via online as well as offline mode.

Candidates then have to fill the application form of TS EAMCET 2020. In the application form, students have to fill all the necessary details such as personal, contact and qualification details. Once an application form will be entirely filled, aspirants have to submit it. The last date to submit the Telangana State EAMCET 2020 application form is in the third week of April 2020 tentatively.

Applicants are advised to take a printout of a submitted application form. The completely filled application form then has to be submitted to the invigilator at the time of examination. Applicants need to paste a color photograph and get it attested by a Gazetted Officer.

TS EAMCET Application Fee 2020

Before filling up an application form, aspirants need to pay the TS EAMCET application fee 2020. This fee varies according to the course and category of an individual. Candidates can make the payment via online mode through Net Banking, Debit card or Credit card or at any TS (AP) Centre.

TS EAMCET Admit Card 2020

The exam conducting authority will generate the TS EAMCET admit card 2020 in the first or second week of May 2020. The admit card will be made available via online mode. The authority will issue the hall ticket for only those who have filled the application form successfully.

  • Language: The question paper will be in English and Telugu literature.
  • Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be awarded for each correct response and there will be no negative marking for any incorrect response.

TS EAMCET Result 2020

Applicants will be able to access and view the TS EAMCET Result 2020 via online mode. The result will be available on the official website in the fourth week of May 2020. The candidate will be required to download the result by logging in and entering the application number and password. TSEAMCET 2020 result will be on the basis of score secured by an applicant in the examination.

TS EAMCET Cutoff 2020

The minimum qualifying score required by an applicant is known as the TS EAMCET Cutoff 2020. The minimum percentage score for TS EAMCET will be 25% of the maximum score which will be considered for the ranking. The qualifying score for SC category applicants is not yet decided by TSCHE.

Students who will obtain a score more than the prescribed qualifying score will be given a rank on the basis of the normalization score. The weightage of the normalization score will be 75% and that of the qualifying score is 25%.

TS EAMCET Merit List 2020

Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University will prepare a TSEAMCET Merit List 2020 for those who will meet the prescribed criteria. The merit list will contain names of candidates who will score equal to or above the released cutoff. The authority will place applicants in the merit list based on the rank secured by them. Candidates will be able to check this list on the official website. Applicants whose names will be present in the merit list will be further invited to attend the counseling process.

TS EAMCET Tie-Breaking Criteria

In case two or more candidates secure the same rank then the authority takes into consideration the tie-breaking criteria. The criteria will be used to place candidates with a higher rank in the merit list. The tie-breaking criteria are mentioned below:

  • The normalized score will be allotted higher rank in the merit list
  • If the tie continues, the normalized score in Mathematics will be given a higher rank
  • If the tie persists then the normalized score in Physics will be provided a higher rank
  • An applicant with the percentage of aggregate score obtained in the examination will be given a higher rank.
  • If the tie stills exist then the candidates with older age will be allotted a higher rank in the merit list

TS EAMCET Counselling 2020

TSCHE will organize the TS EAMCET Counselling 2020 for students whose names will be mentioned on the merit list. The counseling will be conducted via online mode and it will commence in the second week of June 2020 tentatively. At the time of counseling, aspirants have to fill the choice of institute and course as per their preference. Once the choices will be filled, the authority will allot seats to aspirants depending upon the choices filled, rank obtained and availability of seats. If candidates accept the allotted seat, then they will be required to report at the allocated centers for verification of documents. While reporting candidates are advised to carry original as well photocopies of their documents.
